The orientation
is the first step toward becoming a member of Comfort Caring
Canines. You will learn what therapy dog work is all about and
the requirements needed to become a member. If you have read
the entire Join Us web page and
wish to attend an orientation, e-mail please rottienutz@verizon.net
and let us know. Do not bring your dog to the orientation.
If you have a training certificate, please
bring a COPY to the orientation so we can verify that your course
meets our requirements (see Join Us
page for details). You can still attend the orientation if you

CCC's Spring Meeting/Picnic will again be held at Plank Rd. Park, rain or shine. For directions, click HERE. Bring your therapy dog and don't miss out on all the fun. Sandwiches will be provided, please bring a side-dish or dessert. Rally and Agility Course will be set up, bring a lawn chair if you want to soak up some sun. Our newest spring clothing line will also be available. See you there!

Everyone had a great time at the ALS Holiday Party. Our dogs were there to spread Christmas cheer to victims of ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and their families. Thanks to all of our members who attended and special thanks to our speaker, Dr. Robert (Bob) Stewart, VMD, who discussed canine health care, including vaccinations and diet. Afterwards, members and their therapy dogs enjoyed a pot-luck lunch. Many of our dogs were dressed up for Halloween!
